Full disclosure: I am a sucker for deep fried dough. Who isn’t? Beignets from Louisiana Flair (322 E. Grace St.) are just what I need to get me through my week. That’s why I am headed there on Wednesday morning for Beignet Day. They serve freshly fried Beignets from 7:00am to 10:30am or until they are sold out. You might want to get there early, just in case.
