Today, I have been double checking the forecast for Saturday, December 11. It is planned to be a little warmer, but 40 degrees means you better bundle up for this one. Coming from Annapolis, I love a boat parade. The James River Parade of Lights is sure to not dissapoint. There are multiple viewing points throughout the city including Libby Hill Park (6pm), Intermediate Terminal Dock/Rockett’s Landing (6pm), Osborne Park and Boat Landing (7pm),Dutch Gap Boat Landing(7:30pm) and Henricus Historical Park (7:45pm). All locations have entertainment planned for 1 1/2 hours before the boat parade. Don't forget your gloves! Photo credit.
