If you are looking for a holiday activity to get you in the spirit, but don't want something that takes place outside in the cold (i.e. Grand Illumination, Christmas Parade) the Maymont Mansion Holiday tours may be what you are looking for. The Mansion is decorated from top to bottom in lavish Christmas decorations and is hosting holiday tours. If you are free during the day, they host tours every half hour from 12-4:30pm Tuesdays through Sundays, suggested donation $5. If you can only get there after work, next Tuesday, December 14th from 5pm-7pm they are hosting Candlelight Tours at Maymont Mansion for $10, registration recommended.
