It is that time of the month...It is First Friday! Get off that bar stool and support some local art this Friday! (You can get back on the stool after you are done.) There are some fantastic exhibits opening this Friday at more galleries than I can list. All gallery receptions are free and open to the public. In celebration of Black History month make the Black History Museum a stop on your walk. They are opening the Pearls of Wisdom: Black Families and the Nobility of Everyday Living exhibit which is the inaugural exhibition of the museum's 30th anniversary year.
